5. Ginger

Ginger is a tried and true remedy for nausea, so as a preventative measure, try eating a little crystallized ginger or if you’re feeling nauseous the morning after, try sipping ginger tea. The National Institute of Health has also shown that an ancient Chinese formula (KSS) containing tangerine, ginger, and brown sugar is also effective in alleviating hangover symptons (although not the length of the hangover).
